All of your existing timber fascias, soffit, and rainwater systems will be removed by us and taken off site where they will be disposed of safely.

Next, we carry out an inspection of all rafters for rot and treat or replace where necessary. This ensures that your new fascia and soffit will be correctly installed.

We will use a plumb-line system ensuring that all your rafters are straight and level.

Once that is done your old sarkin felt is cut back about 2-3 inches as this section is usually worn and dysfunctional. Then we install a polyurethane felt strip up to the first baton on all rafters. This is done to ensure than any water that creeps through your tiles doesn't seep down the back of your new fascia board.

Now comes the greatest visible difference. The new PVC fascia and soffit is fitted using high quality materials such as Swish, Floplast, and Celuform.

New guttering is fitted in the style and colour of your choice.
